John Wright
John and Debby Wright are the National Directors for Vineyard Churches UK & Ireland, and the Founding Pastors of Trent Vineyard, Nottingham, the church they planted in 1996 and led until 2023.
In his spare time, John loves to make jewellery and ride his motorbike!

James Rankine
James is the Senior Pastor of Vineyard Church Cardiff which he planted with his wife Jen in 2008, and has a vision to see the nation of Wales renewed. He is on the Vineyard Leadership Team with a focus on church health, and is passionate about the growth and multiplication of healthy Kingdom communities.

Tom Thompson
Tom and his wife Lesley are Senior Pastors of Croydon Vineyard, a multi-ethnic church in South London. He is studying for a doctorate with Fuller Theological Seminary and is on the Vineyard Leadership Team. He is a bit obsessed with Fantasy Premier League and is a sworn enemy of cold custard.

Lara Sokunbi
Lara has served as the Youth Pastor for Croydon Vineyard (South London) since 2021, and is part of the Dreaming the Impossible team. She is passionate about working with young people, loves being creative, her favourite colour is black and she often does a happy food dance before eating.

Sarah Robertson
Sarah is the Director of Training for Vineyard Churches UK & Ireland, and the Scottish Campus Head for the Vineyard Leadership College. She lives in Aberdeen with her husband and two children where she also serves as a Site Pastor for Catalyst Vineyard’s ‘Aberdeen North’ site. Sarah is passionate about equipping the church, raising up leaders and helping others discover their God-given potential.

Paul & Steph Lowe
Paul and Steph live in Manchester with their two daughters. They lead Manchester Vineyard and have a heart to see their city and its people restored. They also head up The Cause to Live For, helping to gather students, 20s and 30s from across the movement, and are deeply passionate about seeing people step into radical discipleship that gives everything for the Kingdom of God.

Tokoni Tamuno
Tokoni has grown up in the Vineyard movement and is a Youth Worker in a Christian school in Nottingham. He serves on the Youth Team at Trent Vineyard and loves to bridge the gap between school and church to equip young people to follow Jesus from all walks of life. Tokoni is also currently studying theology with WTC.

Heather Torney
Heather lives in Northern Ireland and is often found at the beach paddleboarding or drinking tea & eating Battenberg cake! She is in the process of planting Wellspring Vineyard in Banbridge, a town in which she has been a youth worker for many years. Alongside church planting, Heather works at Belfast School of Theology as their Ministry Training Co-ordinator. She is passionate about engaging those in her community who have no connection with church, introducing them to who Jesus is and what church is all about!
